2. Products & Handmade Variation

2.1 Handcrafted Nature

All of our candles are individually hand-poured and crafted in small batches. As a result, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, scent intensity, or design are natural and expected.

2.2 Color Representation

While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions during photography and individual screen settings. These natural differences are not considered defects.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with or without explanation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and reflect the cost of the product. They may include applicable platform or processing charges.

3.3 Payments

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways. Manora Candles does not store or access your credit/debit card information. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within the timelines mentioned at checkout.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues or during festive seasons.
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
• Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region.

5. Returns and Refunds

We take great care to package your candles securely. However, if an item arrives damaged:

• Notify us with photos within 3 days of delivery.
• Eligible refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Please note:

• Returns are not accepted for slight color/design variations due to the handmade nature.
• Used or burned candles cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

All product names, designs, photos, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Manora Candles unless otherwise stated. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission
• Use our images or logo for personal or commercial use

Legal action may be taken for unauthorized use.
